Rental & Management Services

Want your new home to pay you? Allow IPG to rent our your property! There are two options for generating rental income with your property:

  1. Short Term Rental – guests will rent your property on a nightly basis which allows you to black out dates for yourself or guests/family and stay in your own property. IPG paying guests are typically family, or multi-families looking to vacation near the many great amusement parks located in central Florida!
  2. Long Term Rental – the property is leased out with a client on an annual basis. With this option the owner has no possibility of staying or using their property.

Our parent company, IPG Florida Vacation Homes, has been around since 1994 and currently manages over 400 short term vacation rentals in the central Florida area. IPG Florida Vacation Homes not only provides excellent care for your property while you are away, but also  provides excellent rental income for their homeowners.
